    Delegate Manchin moves to amend the amendment as follows:

    On page nine, section five, line sixteen, after the word “petitioner”, by inserting a colon and the words “Provided, that when the respondent is alleged to have committed an act specified in subdivision (2), subsection (a), section four of this article, the magistrate may not prohibit the respondent from entering the respondent’s place of employment”;

    On page ten, section five, line five, after the semi-colon, by inserting the word “and”; 

    On page ten, section five, line six, by striking out paragraph (G) in its entirety, including the word “and”;

    On page ten, section five, line nine, by re-designating paragraph (H), as paragraph (G);

    On page ten, section five, line twenty, by striking out the word “thirty” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “ten”;

    On page ten, section five, line twenty-one, by striking out subdivision (2) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    “(2) The magistrate may extend the temporary personal safety

order to effectuate service of the order or for other good cause. The failure to obtain service upon the respondent does not constitute a basis to dismiss the petition.” 

    On page eleven, section six, line nineteen, by striking out the word “thirty” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “ten”;

    On page fourteen section seven, line eight, by striking out the period and inserting a semi-colon;

    On page fourteen section seven, line eighteen, by striking out the period and inserting a semi-colon and the word “and”;

    On page fourteen, section seven, line nineteen, by striking out paragraph (G) in its entirety, including the word “and”;

    On page fourteen, section seven, line twenty-two, by re-designating paragraph (H), as paragraph (G);

    On page fifteen, section seven, line twelve, after the word “hearing”, by inserting the word “of”;

    On page twenty-one, section seventeen, line eleven, by striking out the word “circuit” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “clerk”;

    On page twenty-one, section seventeen, line seventeen, by striking out the word “circuit”;

    And,

    On page twenty-two, section seventeen, line twenty-two, by striking out the word “circuit”.
